White Label UGC Platform for Agencies: UGC Software with Unbranded Client Exports, Reports and Status Links

Run UGC for every client under your agency's name. Briefs, reports and invoices go out without our branding, clients see the price you quote them instead of what the creator charged, and the plan is a flat $49 to $499 a month with nothing taken from creator pay.

Short answer

A white label UGC platform lets a marketing agency source creators, brief them and deliver the content to clients under the agency's own brand. On AgencyUGC every paid plan removes our branding from client-facing brief exports, reports show the client the price you charge rather than the creator's rate, and the Pro plan adds a private client status page with your agency's name on it and no mention of ours.

Plans are published: Starter is $49 a month for 3 client workspaces, Plus is $149 for 10 with per-client reports and client invoices, and Pro is $499 for unlimited workspaces with the client status link and ROI exports. For comparison, JoinBrands only includes white label shareable links on its $499 Max plan, which also adds an 8% fee to every creator payment.

$49/mo

Cheapest unbranded tier

Starter removes AgencyUGC branding from client-facing brief exports and covers 3 client workspaces. $288 a year if paid annually, which is $24 a month.

0

Creator rates a client sees

Client reports and the Pro status page show your quoted price per video. No creator name, handle, agreed rate or campaign budget is ever on a client-facing screen.

8%

JoinBrands fee on its white label tier

White label shareable links sit only on the JoinBrands Max plan at $499 a month, and that plan still adds 8% to every creator payment.

Competitor figures are taken from joinbrands.com/pricing and insense.pro/pricing as published in September 2026. Vendors change prices, so re-check them before you decide. AgencyUGC figures are our current published plans.

White label, compared

What each UGC platform actually lets an agency hide from the client

Almost every UGC marketplace now says it works for agencies. The useful question is narrower: when the deliverable reaches your client, whose name is on it, whose price is on it, and what did it cost you to get there.

Four rows go to competitors on purpose. JoinBrands puts your agency logo on reports and has a far bigger creator pool, Insense has a large established marketplace, and Vidovo will run production for you if you would rather not staff it. If logo branding, creator volume or production headcount is your real constraint, weigh those above price.

What your client sees

Every client-facing surface leaves our name off

White label is only worth paying for if it covers the things a client actually opens. These are the ones they open.

Starter and up

Brief exports with no AgencyUGC branding

Free and anonymous exports carry an AgencyUGC watermark at the top, on every section and in the footer. On any paid plan the downloaded brief is clean, so you can send it to a client or a creator as your own document.

Starter and up

Client reports priced the way you sold it

A client's report shows campaigns, deliverables, approvals and the price you charge that client per video. The creator's rate, which is your cost, never appears on it, so your margin stays your business.

Plus and Pro

Per-client dashboards and invoices

Plus gives every client its own reporting dashboard and a downloadable invoice built from the client rate on each campaign. You bill from the same place the work is tracked instead of rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.

Pro

A private status page with your agency's name

Send a client a status link plus an access code. They see their campaigns, due dates, deliverables and your quoted price, headed with your agency's name. The page has no AgencyUGC logo, no nav and no links off it.

Pro

Margin across every client in one view

Internally you see creator cost against client price for the whole roster, and you can export a client-ready ROI report as CSV. The client gets the outcome, you keep the arithmetic.

All plans

A usage-rights log on each deliverable

Every approved asset records what was licensed, for how long and for which placements. Reselling content under your brand is only safe if you can prove what the client is allowed to run.

How it works

From client brief to a deliverable with your name on it

1

Open a workspace for the client

Each client gets its own space for briefs, creators, deliverables and rights, so nothing crosses between accounts.

2

Brief and shortlist creators

Set the platform, content type, niche and budget. Matched, vetted creators come back straight away and you invite the ones you want.

3

Set the client price

Record what you charge the client per video. That number, not the creator's rate, is what flows into client reports, invoices and the status page.

4

Deliver under your brand

Export the unbranded brief or report, download the client invoice, or on Pro send the status link and access code.

Who buys it

Agencies that need UGC to look like their own service line

Performance agencies adding a creative retainer

You already run the client's Meta and TikTok spend. Selling the UGC that feeds those ads as a monthly line only works if the client pays you, not a marketplace, and never sees the wholesale rate.

Social media agencies with a growing roster

Ten clients each wanting four creator videos a month is forty briefs. Per-client workspaces and unbranded exports stop that turning into forty documents rebuilt by hand in your own template.

Consultants and small studios

One person with three retained brands can look like an agency on Starter at $49 a month, without a quarterly commitment or a percentage of every creator payment.

What is a white label UGC platform?

A white label UGC platform is software a marketing agency uses to source, brief and pay UGC creators while delivering the finished content, reports and invoices to its clients under the agency's own brand. The client buys a UGC service from the agency. The platform, the creator marketplace and the wholesale creator rates stay behind the scenes.

That distinction matters commercially. If a client can see the tool you use and the rate the creator charged, the next conversation is about why they are paying you a markup. If they see a brief, a report and an invoice from your agency, the conversation is about results.

How do agencies white label UGC?

Agencies white label UGC by buying creator content at a wholesale per-video rate, adding their strategy, briefing and review, and reselling it to clients at a set price, usually as a monthly retainer. The work is packaged in the agency's own documents, so the client sees one supplier.

In practice there are three places the white label breaks, and they are the three places to check on any platform:

  • The brief. If the exported brief carries the platform's logo, it leaks the moment a client forwards it.
  • The report. If the client report shows creator rates, it hands the client your margin.
  • The status update. If the only way to show progress is inviting the client into the platform, they now have the vendor's login.

AgencyUGC handles each one inside the plan: clean brief exports from Starter, reports that carry your client price from Starter, per-client dashboards and invoices on Plus, and an unbranded client status page on Pro.

Can my clients see that I use a UGC platform?

Not from the deliverables. On a paid AgencyUGC plan, brief exports, client reports and invoices carry no AgencyUGC name or logo, and the Pro status page is headed with your agency's name with no AgencyUGC branding or links anywhere on it. The status link itself is hosted on our domain, so a client who studies the address bar can see where it lives.

Creators are a separate question. A creator you hire knows they are working through a platform, and you should never ask one to misrepresent who the content is for. White label is about what the client receives, not about hiding anything from the people making the work.

How much does a white label UGC platform cost?

Published white label pricing runs from $49 a month on AgencyUGC Starter to $499 a month on JoinBrands Max, and Insense's Agency plan is $800 a month. The subscription is only part of it, though. JoinBrands and Insense both add a percentage to every creator payment, and that fee grows with your clients' content volume.

Here is the same agency on three platforms: 8 clients, $6,000 a month of total creator pay, all figures from each vendor's published pricing in September 2026.

AgencyUGC PlusJoinBrands MaxInsense Agency
Subscription$149 (10 clients included)$499$800 for 5 brands, plus 3 extra brands at $100 = $1,100
Fee on $6,000 creator pay$08% = $4807% = $420
Credits returnedNone$150 Roll Over Cash toward creator payNone
Platform cost per month$149$829$1,520
Platform cost per year$1,788, or $888 billed annually$9,948 before JoinBrands' 10% annual discount on the plan$18,240

Creator pay is the same $6,000 in every column and is not included above. What differs is what the platform keeps. Vidovo and Billo do not publish agency pricing, so they are left out rather than guessed at; both route agencies to a demo or a quote.

The fee structure also decides whether you can hold a retainer price. A flat plan is a fixed cost line. A percentage of creator pay means your cost rises every time a client asks for more videos, while the retainer you quoted them does not.

Who owns the rights to white label UGC?

The client can only use what the creator licensed, and the agency is the one who has to prove it. Usage rights for UGC are set per deliverable: which placements, paid or organic, and for how long. If you resell content under your brand, you carry the risk when a client runs a video past its license window.

That is why every deliverable in AgencyUGC keeps a rights record. When a client asks in March whether they can put last summer's video into a paid campaign, the answer, the term and the placements are on the asset rather than in an email thread.

What to check before you choose a white label UGC platform

  1. Which tier includes the white label. If it is only the top plan, price the top plan, not the entry one.
  2. Whether a fee sits on creator pay. Model it on your real monthly creator spend, not a demo campaign.
  3. What the client report shows. Download one. If creator rates are on it, it is not white label in any sense that protects your margin.
  4. How clients are separated. Per-client workspaces, or one account and a naming convention.
  5. How big the creator pool needs to be. If you need hundreds of creators a month in niche categories, a larger marketplace may outweigh everything above.

If you are coming from a specific vendor, the side-by-side pages go deeper: Insense alternative for agencies covers the brand-slot and 7% fee math, and Billo alternative for agencies covers per-video pricing. All four AgencyUGC tiers are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked

Questions agencies ask before they switch

It is software an agency uses to source, brief and pay UGC creators while delivering content, reports and invoices to clients under its own brand. The client sees the agency as the supplier. The platform and the wholesale creator rates stay behind the scenes.
Every paid plan. Starter at $49 a month removes AgencyUGC branding from client-facing brief exports. Plus at $149 adds per-client reporting dashboards and client invoices. Pro at $499 adds unlimited client workspaces, ROI report exports and a private client status page headed with your agency's name.
No. Client reports, invoices and the Pro status page show the price you charge that client per video. Creator names, handles, agreed rates and campaign budgets are kept off every client-facing screen, so your margin is never on a document the client receives.
No. The monthly or yearly plan is the whole platform cost. JoinBrands adds 8% to 15% to each creator payment depending on tier, and Insense adds 7% to 20%, so their platform cost rises with your clients' content volume.
JoinBrands lists White Label Shareable Links only on its Max plan, which is $499 a month, or 10% less billed annually. Max charges an 8% platform fee on every creator payment and returns $150 a month in Roll Over Cash credit toward creator pay.
Exports on paid plans are unbranded rather than custom branded: the AgencyUGC watermark is removed, so you can place the brief in your own template or send it as is. The Pro status page shows your agency's name as its heading.
No quarterly minimum. Every plan bills monthly or yearly, and a monthly plan cancels monthly. Yearly billing costs less: $288 for Starter, $888 for Plus and $2,988 for Pro.
Yes. You can write a real client brief and see matched creators without an account. A free account then gives a one-time demo with one client workspace and watermarked exports, and a paid plan removes the watermark.

See whether the creators are good enough before you think about branding

White label means nothing if the matches are wrong. Put one real client brief into the builder, platform, content type, niche and budget, and judge the creators that come back. No account and no demo call. When they pass, pick the plan that covers your roster.
