Short answer: Vidovo pricing starts at $499 a month plus a 12% marketplace fee on the Starter plan, which covers one brand, one active campaign and one seat. Vidovo Pro costs $899 a month plus a 7% fee and covers three brands, ten campaigns and three seats. Enterprise is priced by quote. Creator fees are paid on top of every plan.
For a brand, that is most of what you need to know. For an agency, the number that matters is what happens after the third client, because Vidovo Pro stops at three brands and everything beyond it is a conversation with sales. This article covers what each Vidovo plan includes, how the marketplace fee changes the monthly bill, what a real agency roster would cost, and which alternatives agencies compare it with. We build one of those alternatives, so check every number here against Vidovo's own pricing page before you commit a client.
Vidovo pricing plans
These are the three plans on vidovo.com/pricing as read in September 2026. The page is headed "simple, transparent pricing" and says there are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime.
| Plan | Monthly price | Marketplace fee | Brands | Active campaigns | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vidovo Starter | $499 | 12% | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Vidovo Pro (most popular) | $899 | 7% | 3 | 10 | 3 |
| Vidovo Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Every plan includes unlimited creator applications, the in-platform creator messaging system and full content rights. Vidovo Pro adds priority support, gift campaigns, multi-brand management and team collaboration tools. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, Facebook Partnership Ads, Slack access, custom integrations and SLA guarantees. One detail worth noticing: the Starter plan's button reads "contact sales to begin", so even the entry tier starts with a conversation rather than a checkout.
What the Vidovo marketplace fee adds
The monthly price is only half the bill. Vidovo lists a marketplace fee next to each plan, 12% on Starter and 7% on Pro, and creators on Vidovo set their own fixed price per video or package. So the platform line is the subscription plus a percentage of what you spend with creators, and it grows every month your clients order more content.
| Creator spend a month | Vidovo Starter ($499 + 12%) | Vidovo Pro ($899 + 7%) |
|---|---|---|
| $2,000 | $739 | $1,039 |
| $5,000 | $1,099 | $1,249 |
| $8,000 | $1,459 | $1,459 |
| $10,000 | $1,699 | $1,599 |
The two plans cost the same at $8,000 a month of creator spend. Below that, Starter is cheaper; above it, the lower fee on Pro wins. For an agency the choice is rarely about the fee, though, because Starter holds one brand. Any agency with a second client is on Pro from day one, and pays $899 a month even in a slow month. We read the fee as charged on creator work bought through the marketplace; ask on the sales call exactly which payments it applies to.
Vidovo pricing for agencies: what a roster costs
Vidovo has a dedicated agency page, and it is one of the better ones in this category. Each client gets its own workspace with separate briefs, creators and content libraries, your team sees every client while clients see only their own brand, and you can run clients self-serve, hand them to Vidovo's managed team, or mix the two. Vidovo says content produced through it is yours to deliver however you want, with full copyright ownership.
On price, the agency page says Vidovo's pricing works whether you run campaigns for 2 clients or 20, with volume discounts, and asks you to book a demo. In practice that splits agencies in two. Up to three clients, Vidovo Pro is a published $899 a month plus 7%. From the fourth client on, there is no published number, so the platform cost you would build into a retainer is whatever the quote says.
| Platform | Plan for 10 clients | Platform cost a year at $5,000 a month creator spend | Fee on creator pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| AgencyUGC | Plus, billed yearly | $888 | None |
| AgencyUGC | Plus, billed monthly | $1,788 | None |
| JoinBrands | Max, billed monthly | $10,788, less up to $1,800 back as credit | 8% |
| Insense | Agency billed annually plus 5 extra brands at $100 a month | $17,880 | 7% |
| Vidovo | Pro covers 3 brands; 10 needs Enterprise or a volume quote | $14,988 for the first three clients alone, then a quote | 7% on Vidovo Pro |
The Vidovo line is a floor, not an estimate: $899 a month plus 7% of $5,000 is $1,249 a month for three clients, and the other seven clients are priced by sales. A volume discount may bring the per-client cost down. It will not bring it down to a number you can read on a web page today, which is what you need when a client asks for a UGC line in a proposal this week.
Is Vidovo worth the price?
Vidovo is worth it for an agency whose clients value a deep bench of vetted creators across many industries, full copyright on delivered content, and the ability to hand a sudden spike of work to a managed team without hiring. The agency page puts the pool at 30,000-plus vetted creators (its FAQ says 23,000-plus across 22-plus industries), and the managed and hybrid models are a real answer to overflow that most self-serve platforms do not give you.
It is harder to justify for an agency with a roster of smaller clients who each buy a few short-form videos a month on a fixed retainer. The subscription alone is $10,788 a year on Vidovo Pro before a single creator is paid, the fee grows with client orders, and the fourth client turns a published price into a quote. If your team already does the sourcing and briefing, the managed layer is work you would otherwise bill for yourself.
Vidovo alternatives agencies compare
Agencies that price Vidovo usually have three or four other platforms on the same spreadsheet. Every price below was read at the vendor's own pricing page in September 2026.
| Platform | Published price | What moves the bill | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| AgencyUGC | $49, $149 or $499 a month | Nothing inside a plan; tier sets client workspaces at 3, 10 or unlimited | Agencies reselling UGC to several clients at their own rate |
| Vidovo | $499 or $899 a month, Enterprise by quote | 12% or 7% marketplace fee; brands past three | Agencies that want a managed option and a large creator pool |
| Insense | Agency plan $800 a month billed quarterly | 7% fee, $100 a month per brand past five | Paid social teams using Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads |
| JoinBrands | Max $499 a month | 8% fee, $150 a month back as credit | Very large marketplace, gifting and TikTok Shop |
| soona UGC (formerly Trend) | $89 to $259 a video | Number of assets and creator tier | One brand buying single assets with the creator included |
Insense and JoinBrands are costed at four spend levels on our Insense alternative for agencies and JoinBrands alternative for agencies pages. If a client is still on Trend, which closes at the end of 2026, the per-video math and the migration steps are on the Trend.io alternative for agencies page.
How to decide before you book the Vidovo demo
Start with the creators, because they are the biggest cost on every platform. Our UGC creator rates for 2026 put organic short-form video at roughly $75 to $250, and that number, times the videos your clients order, is your creator spend. Put it into the fee table above. If you have three clients or fewer and want Vidovo's managed option, Vidovo Pro is a clear, published choice.
If you have more than three clients, or you want the platform cost to stay put while client orders grow, a flat plan is easier to build a retainer on. AgencyUGC Plus costs $149 a month for 10 client workspaces, with per-client dashboards and client invoices priced at your client rate, and Pro costs $499 for unlimited clients with a client status page behind an access code. There is no fee on creator pay. The full plan list is on the AgencyUGC pricing page, and how the white label side works, including what the client does and does not see, is on the white label UGC platform page. It does not offer a managed service, which is where Vidovo earns part of its price.
Whichever platform you pick, plan how each approved video gets used. Most agencies get more out of a license when they repurpose one approved video for every channel the client posts on, instead of paying a creator again for each cut. And to test whether a flat workspace fits one of your clients, write a real brief in the builder at the top of this page. It matches vetted creators without an account, so you can judge the fit before you pay anyone or book a demo.
