Short answer: Modash costs $299 a month for Modash Essentials and $599 a month for Modash Performance, or $199 and $499 a month when billed yearly ($2,388 and $5,988 a year). Modash Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year through sales. Every plan has the same core features, and the price rises with monthly usage limits: opened profiles, unlocked emails and tracked creators. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial with usage caps.

For an agency, the sticker price is only half the answer. Modash gives each account one workspace, so every client you run through it draws on the same monthly pool of limits. Below we split those limits per client for rosters of 3, 10 and 25 brands, so you can see what a client actually gets. If you want to compare against a tool priced per client workspace, AgencyUGC plans start at $49 a month for 3 client workspaces.

The figures come from modash.io/pricing, the Modash homepage FAQ and the Modash help center, all read at source before publishing. We build a competing product for agencies that buy UGC, so treat this as an outside read and confirm any number before it goes into a client proposal.

Modash Essentials already includes the influencer CRM, discovery search across more than 380 million profiles, content tracking, Gmail and Outlook inbox integration, Shopify gifting, 24/7 chat and email support, two months of onboarding and a dedicated success manager. Modash Performance adds payments and affiliate management. Modash Enterprise adds higher limits and seats, payouts in more than 180 countries in local currency, tracking links on a domain of your choosing, monthly strategy calls and quarterly reviews.

How much does Modash cost per month?

Modash costs $299 a month on Modash Essentials and $599 a month on Modash Performance if you pay monthly. Paying for the year brings those down to $199 and $499 a month. In both cases the yearly plan saves exactly $1,200 over twelve monthly payments: $3,588 against $2,388 for Modash Essentials, and $7,188 against $5,988 for Modash Performance. Modash Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year, which is about $1,225 a month, and is quoted by sales.

Modash's own line is that every plan comes with the same core capabilities and the price goes up with usage. That is a fair model for a single brand, because you can guess your monthly creator research volume. For an agency it means the question is not which features you need, but how much research, outreach and tracking all your clients add up to each month.

Modash also sells its data through separate API products. Third-party reporting from archive.com lists the Modash Raw API from $10,000 a year and the Modash Discovery API from $16,200 a year. Modash does not show those on its main pricing page, so ask sales if your agency wants to build on its data.

What do the Modash limits actually count?

  • Opened profiles are creator profiles you open to see full audience data. Searching is broad, but each profile you inspect closely uses one.
  • Unlocked emails or profile exports are the contact details and data exports you pull for outreach. This is the limit agencies hit first, because every shortlist turns into emails.
  • Tracked creators are the creators whose posts Modash monitors for you, which is how campaign content and mentions get collected.
  • Influential fans are creators who already follow your brand account or another account you connect, a useful source of warm leads.

The opened profile and email limits reset every month. Unused capacity does not roll over, so a quiet month for one client does not bank extra room for a busy month later.

What the Modash limits mean per client

The Modash help center describes one workspace per account. Lists, campaigns, notes and statuses are visible and editable by every team member, and a creator hidden by one person is hidden for everyone. There is no agency plan or per-client workspace on the pricing page. So if you run several client brands in one subscription, they all share one set of limits. Here is what an even split looks like, using the yearly prices.

25 clientsModash EssentialsAbout $81264
25 clientsModash PerformanceAbout $20321610

The cost per client looks low as the roster grows, but the limits shrink with it. Ten clients on Modash Performance get about 40 unlocked emails each a month, which is one decent outreach round per brand. At 25 clients on Modash Essentials, each brand gets six emails and four tracked creators, which is not a working program. Seats matter too: Modash Essentials has two team members and Modash Performance has five, shared across every client.

Shared space also has a cost that does not show on the invoice. Every account manager sees every client's lists and notes, so you have to keep brands apart by naming conventions and discipline rather than by separate workspaces. That is manageable at three clients and harder at fifteen.

Does Modash have a free plan?

No. Modash has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and the trial has its own usage limits, so you can test search and a few profiles but not run a full client campaign. After 14 days you pick Modash Essentials, Modash Performance or Modash Enterprise.

What do Modash payments and affiliate fees cost?

Payments and affiliate management come with Modash Performance and Modash Enterprise. On Modash Performance the fee is 0% on the first $10,000 a year of combined payments and affiliate payouts, and 5% on the amount above that. If your agency pays $25,000 a year to creators through Modash Performance, the fee is 5% of $15,000, or $750, on top of the $5,988 plan. Modash Enterprise raises the 0% band to $100,000 a year of payouts, with tiered fees above it. Sales tracking needs a connected Shopify store, though you can connect several stores with no fixed limit, which helps when clients each have their own shop.

Modash vs AgencyUGC cost at 10 clients

This is not a like-for-like comparison. Modash is a discovery and influencer management platform with a database of more than 380 million profiles. AgencyUGC is a white-label workspace for agencies that source, brief and manage vetted UGC creators for their clients. Creator fees are paid separately in both cases.

On AgencyUGC, paid plans remove our watermark from brief exports, and client reports show the client rate, never creator rates. Plus adds per-client dashboards and client invoices at the client rate. Pro, at $499 a month or $249 a month billed yearly, gives unlimited client workspaces, 10 seats, an unbranded client status page behind an access code with your agency name as the heading, hosted on agencyugc.com, and an ROI CSV.

Is Modash worth it for agencies?

Modash is worth it for an agency whose core service is influencer discovery and gifting for Shopify brands, with a small roster and a team that lives in search. Its database is huge, the plans are published, there is no annual lock-in on monthly billing, and Modash Essentials includes onboarding and a success manager. For one in-house Shopify brand that needs to find creators, it is good value, and we would say so to a brand client.

It is a weaker fit when the agency is selling UGC videos for client ads, or running many small clients. Modash is a platform only. It is not an agency and not a marketplace, so creators do not apply to your briefs; you find and email every one of them yourself, and each email comes out of the shared monthly limit. If a client mostly wants posts from small creators on their own feeds, a marketplace for finding and booking micro-influencers can save the research step. If the client wants UGC assets, a tool built around briefs and per-client workspaces is usually cheaper per brand. Our Modash alternative for agencies page covers that trade in detail, and the best UGC platforms for agencies roundup compares the wider field.

What to check before you buy Modash for clients

  • Add up last quarter's outreach across all clients and divide by three. If the monthly total passes 150 emails, Modash Essentials will run out.
  • Count the people who will log in. Two seats on Modash Essentials rarely cover an account team plus a strategist.
  • Check whether each client has a Shopify store, since sales tracking depends on it.
  • Estimate yearly creator payouts if you plan to pay through Modash, and price the 5% above $10,000.
  • Use the 14-day trial on a real client brief, not a test search.

If you are pricing other influencer platforms for client work, our breakdowns of Upfluence pricing for agencies and GRIN pricing for agencies use the same per-client math. To see what a per-client setup costs for your roster, compare AgencyUGC plans and per-workspace pricing.
