Short answer: Influencer Hero costs $649 a month on Standard, $1,049 on Pro and $2,490 on Business when billed monthly. Paying quarterly takes 20% off ($519, $839 and $1,992 a month) and paying yearly takes 30% off. Every plan has a three-month minimum term, and the Enterprise plan, the one Influencer Hero describes as being for agencies and enterprises, is priced by its sales team.
Those are the prices on influencer-hero.com/pricing, read on October 13, 2026. The page shows the quarterly rate by default, which is why you will see $519 quoted in some places and $649 in others for the same plan. We build a competing product for agencies that order UGC videos, so treat this as an outside read and confirm anything you plan to quote a client against Influencer Hero's own page. If you would rather compare against something priced by client, AgencyUGC plans start at $49 a month for 3 client workspaces, month to month.

How much does Influencer Hero cost per year?
Influencer Hero costs about $5,452 a year on Standard, about $8,812 on Pro and $20,916 on Business when billed yearly, which is the monthly rate less 30%, paid upfront. Billed quarterly the same plans come to $6,228, $10,072 and $23,904 a year. On monthly billing they come to $7,788, $12,588 and $29,880.
| Plan | 12 months on monthly billing | 12 months on quarterly billing | 12 months on yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Influencer Hero Standard | $7,788 | $6,228 | about $5,452 |
| Influencer Hero Pro | $12,588 | $10,072 | about $8,812 |
| Influencer Hero Business | $29,880 | $23,904 | $20,916 |
The yearly column is our arithmetic from the 30% discount Influencer Hero states. The page does not print a yearly total, so ask for it in writing. None of these figures include what you pay creators, the product you ship or shipping costs.
Does Influencer Hero require a contract?
Yes. Influencer Hero states that all plans require a three-month minimum term. On monthly billing you are charged each month inside that term. Quarterly and yearly plans are billed upfront for the full period. The smallest possible commitment is therefore $1,557 for one quarter of Influencer Hero Standard, or $1,947 if you pay the same three months at the monthly rate.
For Influencer Hero Pro the minimum is $2,518 as a quarter or $3,147 monthly. For Influencer Hero Business it is $5,976 or $7,470. That matters more to an agency than to a brand. A brand signs once for its own program. An agency's roster changes every few weeks, and a quarter that was sized for ten clients costs the same when two of them pause.
Does Influencer Hero have a free trial?
The pricing page lists no free trial and no self-serve checkout. Each plan's button books a demo call. Influencer Hero does offer a free Chrome extension for checking individual creator profiles, plus free calculators, but those are separate from the paid platform. Plan for a sales conversation and a three-month term before you can test it on live client work.
What Influencer Hero costs per agency client
Influencer Hero is not priced per client, so an agency running several brands through one account splits the bill itself. The table takes the smallest plan whose campaign and seat limits fit the roster, assuming one campaign per client, on monthly billing for both products. That mapping is our estimate, not an Influencer Hero rule.
| Agency roster | Influencer Hero plan | Influencer Hero per client per month | AgencyUGC plan | AgencyUGC per client per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 clients | Influencer Hero Standard, $649 | about $216 | Starter, $49 | about $16 |
| 10 clients | Influencer Hero Pro, $1,049 | about $105 | Plus, $149 | $14.90 |
| 25 clients | Influencer Hero Business, $2,490 | about $100 | AgencyUGC Pro, $499 | about $20 |
Three limits decide the real tier for an agency, and none of them is the sticker price. Influencer Hero Standard has one seat, so the second account manager forces Influencer Hero Pro. Influencer Hero Pro has three seats and three connected email accounts, so a team of five lands on Influencer Hero Business. And every client shares the same pool of reach-outs, reports and payouts, so one brand's launch month uses up quota the others were counting on.
The two products also do different jobs, and the gap in the table reflects that. Influencer Hero's price buys a creator database, an outreach engine and a payout system. AgencyUGC's price buys separate client workspaces, client reports and client invoices, and nothing else.
What the plan price works out to per reach-out
Outreach is the unit Influencer Hero meters, so it is worth dividing by. Influencer Hero Standard works out to about $0.65 per reach-out at full use, Influencer Hero Pro to about $0.21 and Influencer Hero Business to about $0.25. Influencer Hero Pro is the cheapest tier per reach-out, and Influencer Hero Business mainly buys seats, unlimited campaigns and custom integrations, not cheaper sending.
Those numbers only hold if you send the full allowance. An agency that sends 1,500 reach-outs a month on Influencer Hero Pro is paying about $0.70 each. If volume email is the part you actually use and creators are a small share of the list, a dedicated cold email tool that writes the sequences and protects deliverability usually costs far less per send, though it will not ship product or track affiliate codes.
Is Influencer Hero worth it for agencies?
Influencer Hero is worth it for an agency that runs influencer seeding and affiliate programs for a small number of commerce brands and will use the outreach quota every month. It replaces a discovery tool, an email tool, a gifting workflow and a payout process with one subscription. It is rarely worth it as the main tool for an agency selling UGC videos to many clients, because the cost follows outreach volume and seats while the paid deliverable is a video and its usage rights.
A quick test: read last quarter's client requests. "Seed 300 micro-influencers with the new launch and report which codes sold" is Influencer Hero's job. "Eight unboxing videos with three hooks each, raw files and twelve months of paid usage" is a brief, a shortlist of creators who shoot that format, a delivery check and a client report. Nobody needs 5,000 reach-outs for that.
Cheaper Influencer Hero alternatives for agencies
The nearest like-for-like alternatives are the other influencer suites. GRIN now sells month-to-month credit plans from $200 a month with no contract. Upfluence is quoted on a 12-month contract and lists $11,940 to $42,600 a year. Discovery-only tools such as Modash and Heepsy start far lower. UGC-first platforms, including AgencyUGC, Insense and Billo, are built around ordering videos instead of running outreach.
| Platform | Built for | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Influencer Hero | Outreach-led influencer and affiliate programs | $649 to $2,490 a month, three-month minimum, Enterprise by quote |
| GRIN | Affiliate and gifting programs | Credit plans from $200 to $1,000 a month, no contract |
| Upfluence | Discovery-heavy programs with larger teams | Listed at $11,940 to $42,600 a year, 12-month contract |
| Heepsy | Influencer search and outreach | Heepsy Starter from $69 a month billed yearly |
| AgencyUGC | Agencies running UGC for several clients | $49, $149 or $499 a month by client workspaces |
Our GRIN pricing and Upfluence pricing articles work through the two closest suites the same way. The switching case, with a row-by-row comparison that includes everything Influencer Hero does better, is on the Influencer Hero alternative for agencies page, and every platform we have priced sits side by side on the best UGC platforms for agencies comparison.
What AgencyUGC does instead
AgencyUGC prices by the number of clients you run. Starter is $49 a month for 3 client workspaces, Plus $149 for 10, and AgencyUGC Pro $499 for unlimited, all month to month with no minimum term. Each client brand gets its own workspace with briefs, matched creators and reports. From Starter up, client reports show the rate you charge the client, never the creator's rate. Plus adds per-client dashboards and client invoices at your client rate, and AgencyUGC Pro adds a client status page behind an access code, headed with your agency name. There is no platform percentage on creator pay or ad spend. What each plan keeps out of the client's view is listed on the white label UGC platform for agencies page.
We do not search a public creator database, send outreach sequences, ship product or track affiliate sales. If those are what your client pays for, Influencer Hero or another suite is the right tool. If the client is buying UGC videos, run the first brief as a one-off demo before you create an account and compare the matched creators with the list a month of outreach would have produced.
