Short answer: Collabstr pricing has four tiers. Free is $0 a month with a 10% hiring fee on every creator order. Collabstr Pro is $299 a month billed monthly, or $249 billed yearly, with a 10% fee and one campaign post a month. Collabstr Premium is $399 a month billed monthly, or $333 billed yearly, with a 5% fee and unlimited campaigns. Enterprise starts at $1,000 a month on an annual contract. Creator pay is always extra.
For a single brand that is a clear, published price list, which is more than most of this category offers. For an agency, the list leaves out the numbers that decide the retainer: which tier is cheaper at your creator spend, what the hiring fee adds up to over a year, and what it costs to give each client its own account. This article works through those. We build a competing product, so check every figure against collabstr.com/pricing before you quote a client.
Collabstr pricing plans in 2026
These are the plans on Collabstr's pricing page as read on September 27, 2026. Yearly prices are the per-month figure Collabstr shows for annual billing.
| Collabstr plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Hiring fee | Campaign posts | Live post tracking | Audience reports |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 10% | None (direct hire only) | No | No |
| Collabstr Pro | $299 | $249 ($2,988 a year) | 10% | 1 a month | 5 posts at a time | 20 a month |
| Collabstr Premium | $399 | $333 ($3,996 a year) | 5% | Unlimited | 15 posts at a time | 50 a month |
| Enterprise | From $1,000 a month | Annual contract | Not published | Unlimited | By contract | By contract |
Two fees sit outside the table. The hiring fee is added to the brand's side of every order and shown before you confirm it. Separately, Collabstr's FAQ says creators pay a 15% fee on their payout, which you never see on an invoice but which creators account for when they set their package prices. Each tracked post is followed for up to three weeks.
How much does Collabstr cost per month?
Collabstr costs between $0 and $399 a month in subscription on the self-serve plans, plus 10% or 5% of everything you spend on creators. So the real monthly cost depends more on creator spend than on the plan. At $5,000 of creator orders a month, Collabstr Pro comes to $799 and Collabstr Premium to $649 on monthly billing.
The fee is the part that surprises people. The subscription is fixed; the fee is not, and for an active account it quickly becomes the larger number.
Is Collabstr Premium worth it over Collabstr Pro?
Collabstr Premium is cheaper than Collabstr Pro once your monthly creator spend passes $2,000 on monthly billing, or about $1,680 on yearly billing. Above that line, halving the hiring fee from 10% to 5% saves more than the extra $100 (or $84) of subscription. Premium also lifts the one-campaign-a-month cap, which on its own rules Pro out for most agencies.
| Creator spend a month | Collabstr Pro, monthly ($299 + 10%) | Collabstr Premium, monthly ($399 + 5%) | Cheaper plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000 | $399 | $449 | Collabstr Pro |
| $2,000 | $499 | $499 | Tie |
| $5,000 | $799 | $649 | Collabstr Premium |
| $10,000 | $1,299 | $899 | Collabstr Premium |
A brand hiring two or three creators a month can live on Pro. An agency ordering for several clients almost never can, both because of the cap and because its spend clears $2,000 early in the month.
What does Collabstr cost an agency with 10 clients?
An agency with ten clients and $10,000 a month of creator orders pays about $10,000 a year on Collabstr Premium billed yearly ($3,996 in subscription plus $6,000 in hiring fees), with every client inside one account. Giving each client its own workspace means Enterprise, at $12,000 a year or more before its fee, which Collabstr does not publish.
| Setup for 10 clients, $10,000 creator spend a month | Platform cost a year | Separate workspace per client |
|---|---|---|
| Collabstr Pro, yearly ($249 + 10%) | $14,988 | No, and 1 campaign a month |
| Collabstr Premium, yearly ($333 + 5%) | $9,996 | No |
| Collabstr Enterprise | $12,000 or more, plus fee by contract | Yes, sub-accounts per brand |
| AgencyUGC Plus, yearly | $888 | Yes, 10 client workspaces |
| AgencyUGC Pro, yearly | $2,988 | Yes, unlimited |
The AgencyUGC rows are low because they are a different model, not a discount. You pay creators directly at rates you agree, and the plan does not take a share of that. What you give up is Collabstr's marketplace: 1.2 million creators to browse, packages bought straight from a profile, escrow, audience and fake follower reports, and payouts in 150 countries. The trade-off is set out row by row on our Collabstr alternative for agencies page.
Does Collabstr charge creators?
Yes. Collabstr charges creators a 15% fee on their payout, separate from the 10% or 5% hiring fee the brand pays. On a $500 creator package bought on Collabstr Pro, the brand pays $550 and the creator receives $425. Between the two sides, $125 of that order goes to the platform.
For an agency that matters in two ways. Creators who sell through a marketplace price with its fee in mind, so the same creator may quote differently when you hire direct. And if your retainer was priced on the creator's list price, the fee on your side is margin you did not plan for.
Does Collabstr have an agency plan?
No plan is named for agencies. The features an agency usually needs, sub-accounts for each brand, team seats with role-based permissions, white label reporting with your own branding and consolidated billing, are all listed under Enterprise, which starts at $1,000 a month on an annual contract. The self-serve plans are one account, so every client's briefs, creators and spend sit together.
That is the decision point. If your agency runs influencer campaigns for one or two brands, Collabstr Premium is a reasonable, published price. If you run UGC for a roster and need clients kept apart, the choice is a $12,000-plus annual commitment or a platform built around client workspaces. Our plans start at $49 a month for three client workspaces.
How to keep Collabstr costs predictable
If you stay on Collabstr, three habits keep the bill from drifting:
- Move to Collabstr Premium as soon as spend passes $2,000 a month. Below that, Pro is cheaper; above it, every month on Pro costs you money.
- Put the hiring fee in the client price, not your margin. Quote creator cost plus 5% or 10% as a line, or build it into the retainer.
- Tag spend by client from day one. On a single account, reconciling creator orders client by client is manual. A finance team that already uses expense management software that categorizes every creator payment can split the monthly total by client before invoicing.
Cheaper Collabstr alternatives for agencies
The platforms agencies compare against Collabstr mostly share its model of a subscription plus a percentage. JoinBrands Max is $499 a month with an 8% fee, and Insense's Agency plan is $800 a month billed quarterly with 7% and five brands; the math for both is on the JoinBrands alternative and Insense pricing pages. For eight platforms priced on the same 10-client roster, read best UGC platform for agencies.
If what you need is a fixed platform line and a workspace for every client, test it first: the brief builder at the top of this page runs without an account, so you can enter a brief a client ran on Collabstr and see matched creators before you pay anything.
