Short answer: Aspire does not publish its pricing. You get a quote after a demo, and the demo form asks for your company's annual revenue first. Buyer data on Vendr shows Aspire contracts from $11,139 to $36,599 a year, with a median of $15,588, across three products: Aspire Essentials, Aspire Pro and Aspire Enterprise. Third-party reviews estimate a start around $2,000 a month on an annual commitment.
For an agency, the contract value is only half the answer. Aspire is sold to ecommerce brands, so an agency running several clients through it pays one brand-sized contract and splits it in its own spreadsheet. Below we work out that cost per client for rosters of 3, 10 and 25 brands, list what the money buys, and cover the questions worth asking on the sales call. If you want to compare against a tool priced per client workspace, AgencyUGC plans start at $49 a month for 3 client workspaces, month to month.
Product facts come from aspire.io, read before publishing. The price ranges are what buyers reported paying, published by Vendr, not a list price from Aspire. We build a competing product for agencies that buy UGC, so treat this as an outside read and confirm any number in your own quote.
Aspire pricing at a glance
| What we know | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Published list price | None, quote after a demo | aspire.io plans page (a demo form) |
| Lowest contract reported | $11,139 a year | Vendr buyer data |
| Median contract reported | $15,588 a year | Vendr buyer data |
| Highest contract reported | $36,599 a year | Vendr buyer data |
| Typical starting estimate | Around $2,000 a month, annual commitment | Third-party reviews |
| Products sold | Aspire Essentials, Aspire Pro, Aspire Enterprise | Vendr |
The two estimates do not match perfectly, and that is normal for a quote-only vendor. A $2,000 monthly start would be $24,000 a year, well above the $15,588 median buyers reported. Discounts on longer terms, smaller module sets and negotiation all pull real contracts below a sales starting point. The useful takeaway is the order of magnitude: Aspire is a five-figure annual purchase.
How much does Aspire cost per month?
Aspire costs roughly $930 to $3,050 a month when the buyer-reported yearly range is spread over twelve months, with the median contract near $1,300 a month. Aspire does not sell a published monthly plan, so those are contract values divided by twelve, not a month-to-month price you can cancel.
That distinction matters more to an agency than to a brand. A brand signs once for its own program. An agency's roster changes every quarter, and a contract sized for a year does not shrink when a client leaves in month four.
What Aspire's price buys
Aspire calls itself the all-in-one creator marketing platform, and the price reflects a long module list. Discovery covers AI Creator Discovery, which searches in plain language, and the Aspire Marketplace, where creators apply to your campaigns. A contact hub keeps creator relationships in one place. Campaign work runs through briefs and agreements, a campaign manager, content approval and workflow automation.
The store side is where Aspire is strongest. A Shopify app handles product seeding, fulfillment and creator storefronts. Affiliate links, promo codes and commission structures pay creators on sales. The CreatorAds Suite requests ad rights and publishes creator content to Meta. Payments, a budget ledger and impact, sales and social dashboards close the loop.
For a Shopify brand running gifting and affiliate at scale, most of that list earns its keep. For a UGC agency it is worth asking which rows your clients actually pay you for.
What Aspire costs per client for an agency
Aspire lists no per-client or multi-brand pricing, so the honest way to cost it for an agency is one contract shared by the roster. Here is the median buyer-reported contract split per client, next to AgencyUGC billed yearly.
| Agency roster | Aspire median, $15,588 a year | Per client per month | AgencyUGC, billed yearly | Per client per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 clients | $15,588 | About $433 | Starter, $288 | $8 |
| 10 clients | $15,588 | About $130 | Plus, $888 | About $7.40 |
| 25 clients | $15,588 or more | About $52 or more | Pro, $2,988 | About $10 |
These are platform costs only. Creator fees, product and shipping are separate on both sides. On AgencyUGC creators are paid at the rate you agree, with no platform percentage on creator pay or ad spend. The 25-client row probably understates Aspire, because a larger program tends to land on Aspire Enterprise, where buyers reported contracts up to $36,599.
Is Aspire worth the price for an agency?
Aspire is worth the price for an agency that runs a brand's full creator program inside its Shopify store, because gifting, affiliate codes, commissions and creator ads in one contract replace several tools. It is rarely worth it for an agency selling UGC videos to several brands, because most of the contract pays for store-side features those deliverables never touch.
Two more points belong in the decision. Aspire sells to brands, and its site lists no multi-brand or white label setup for agencies. Aspire also sells its own full-service agency for end-to-end creator programs, so the vendor is a possible competitor for the same client retainers. Neither point is a dealbreaker, but both are worth raising on the call.
If those trade-offs rule Aspire out, we compare it row by row with a per-client tool on the Aspire alternative for agencies page, including the four rows where Aspire wins.
Questions to ask Aspire sales before you sign
- Which product is this quote for? Ask whether the number is Aspire Essentials, Aspire Pro or Aspire Enterprise, and which modules are left out.
- Can we run several client brands? Ask how separate brands, users and reports are handled, and whether each brand needs its own contract.
- What is the term and the exit? Get the contract length, the renewal notice period and any onboarding fee in writing.
- What happens to our data at the end? Ask what you can export (creator contacts, agreements, content) and in which format.
- Is there a fee on creator payments? Ask whether payments processed through Aspire carry a percentage.
Whatever you sign, put the renewal notice date into your contract management software the day the contract arrives. Annual software contracts with 30 to 90 day notice windows renew quietly when nobody owns the date, and that is the most common way an agency ends up paying for a second year it did not plan for.
Is AspireIQ pricing the same as Aspire pricing?
Yes. AspireIQ renamed itself Aspire and moved to aspire.io, so older reviews and AspireIQ pricing pages describe the same platform. Prices quoted in older AspireIQ articles may be out of date, which is why the buyer-reported figures above are a better guide than a number from a review written several years ago.
Cheaper Aspire alternatives for agencies
If your clients do want affiliate and gifting programs, the like-for-like comparison is GRIN, Upfluence and CreatorIQ. GRIN sells monthly credit plans, covered in GRIN pricing for agencies. Upfluence quotes on a 12-month term, covered in Upfluence pricing for agencies.
If your clients buy UGC videos, the cheaper route is a tool priced per client. AgencyUGC Starter is $49 a month for three client workspaces, Plus is $149 for ten and Pro is $499 for unlimited, month to month or yearly at $288, $888 and $2,988. From Starter up, client reports show your client rate and never the creator's. Every UGC-first option is priced side by side on the best UGC platforms for agencies page.
The first brief runs as a one-off demo before you create an account. Use a real client campaign and you will know in about two minutes whether the matched creators would have been on your Aspire shortlist.
